Wade you will be dearly missed. You was one heck of a guy and I always enjoyed our conversations at work. You always was so helpful and kind and never batted an eye when someone needed anything. May you rest in peace and condolences to your family.

I have no words of comfort that I can extend to Alfa and the kids, Shawn and the rest of the family and friends. Wade was a great employee here at the plant. Always positive and very good natured. We miss him so much. I will miss texting him during Ohio State football games and talking sports, Steeler football, NBA basketball, and the Buckeyes.

I sent this email to Wade and his current boss Jeremy Lewis on 12/9/22

"That's why he is one of our best employees. He is a joy to be around, and he does his job and is willing to do anything we need done. He has worked in packaging and cylinder prep over the years to help when we are backlogged, to keep things moving and our customers, internally and externally, happy. I never got one complaint over the years he reported to me. He is a team player and well liked around the site, nothing but positive feed back.

On behalf of the members of the Community Homicide Prayer Vigils, I offer our condolences on the death of Wade. Early death is always difficult to accept. It is even more so when taken by violence. We will remember Wade at our monthly prayer vigil this Saturday, February 11, 12:00 noon at McIntosh Park. We welcome your presence if that would bring some comfort during this time of loss.

I knew Wade from work. I've only been here a couple of years but what I know is that he was always cheerful when he came around my area most days. Always kind. He was a good man. I'll miss him.
