There was never a more "cool cat" then my big cousinWally.Every Boxing Day we gathered at Aunt Jean,s home and there he was bigger then life! To this day I can close my eyes and see him greeting all the women at the party with the words" Hello Gorgeous or Hello beautiful!" Straight out of Mad Men! Handsome, charming, great clothes, cool cars and beautiful girlfriends. I loved him!!!

Dad - we had our ups and downs, but you always remained in my heart and thoughts. I have good memories from my childhood - when you used to play the drums on your cheeks and sing songs when you put me to bed... I sing that lullaby to my children now. I am so sorry I was never given the opportunity to say goodbye - that is what hurts most of all. I love you.

Tropicana, Acapulco

October 29, 2011

These lively photos were taken in Acapulco, one of Dad and Nancy's favourite haunts.  The 'lady' with the dark, big hair turned out to be a man!  (one of Dad's favourite stories)

I love these shots, as Dad is obviously having a great time!
