Walter B English

Walter Beal English, “Walt”, 88, currently residing in Gloucester County, formerly of Moorestown, NJ.

Beloved husband for 63 years to Joyce S. English. 

Mr.. English was predeceased by his father Edgar Eugene English and mother Irene Pearl Beal. Devoted father of  Elaine J. Dalrymple (Randy), Edward W. English (Carole), Ann V. Scott (Robert), loving grandfather of  Megan Elizabeth English, Emilyanne Joyce English and  Alexander Edward English.. Dear brother of Richard English, and the late James English. Also survived by many loved and cherished nieces and nephews.

Walt was a kind soul that loved his family, his friends, and his country. He was a Decorated Korean War Veteran, Eagle Scout, and a Retired Research Chemist with Campbell Soup Company for 36 Years.

Visitation Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 10-11am with memorial services beginning at 11am at St. John's United Methodist Church, 3 Main St., Harrisonville, NJ 08039.  

In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. John's UM church at the address above would be kindly appreciated.

Dear Aunt Joyce, Elaine, Ed and Ann,

All of my sincerest and heartfelt condolences for you at this difficult time. Uncle Walt will be much missed, and I'll cherish all of our golden memories forever. I'm thinking about each of you and sending love and many warm thoughts and prayers.

Annie,Ed and family,
Your father was a very remarkable man and lived an extraordinary life.
May he now rest in the arms of the Lord. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He made a difference in this world and will be greatly missed.
