This note is paying tribute to my husband, best friend, and love of my life. Walter, was very well known; he never met any strangers. He was very optimistic even when things were all in an uproar. He loved and enjoyed life, and his main priority was family, especially his kids and grandkids. His favorite quote to me when things looked bleak, and I quote, "Do not give up before the miracle happens." Whenever you would see him, he was always singing: "Never Could Have Made It." He always said the reason he sanged that song is because, it was because of the grace and favor of God that kept him and brought him through the rough times in his life. Water will be missed dearly, but the impact he had on our life will be forever remembered, so rest in peace my love. We love you, but God loved you more.
