Although I did not know Waylon very long...what little time I was able to spend with him I am thankful for every second of it. He was more than just a man. He was someone who could bring a smile to someones face even in times of darkness. He never let a day go by that he wasnt devoting himself to either his family, his friends, his work and dreams, and finding things to do to simply bright

en someones day. He never looked down on anyone no matter their circumstances. He gave everything he had to his gorgeous daughter did everything a father could do. I know he loved her more than anything in this world. He was such a great person to be around. His actions spoke volumes about his character. He was one of the nicest people i have ever known and I am proud to be able to say

that I was able to be a part of his life in such a way. To Duane and Sally, I am so sorry, I hope I dont come off as inappropriate in my tribute note but even in the little amount of time i knew him, it was obvious to me that he was such an incredible person, someone to look up to and to be proud of and i did. And to the Rehm and Young families, thank you so much for letting me be a part

of your lives. I understand that I wasnt the closest to him by any means but I will always cherish the memories I have of him, because of the fun we had, and how much he meant to you, and Summer and her family. My heart goes out to you...and I know that you will find peace in knowing that he is now liberated and joyous, and will always be with you.

I cannot even explain how shocking this news is to me. I did not know Waylon but worked with him and his family for their family portraits. He and his family were one of my favorites sessions. I pray that his family and daughter will continue to grow as he will be watching!
