Tribute to My Brother

February 2, 2014

To My Dearest Brother, David:
This photo was taken the day you arrived into town for my wedding…exactly three weeks ago today. I was so overjoyed to see you…you brought so much joy to so many people. You made me laugh in a way no one else ever could, you were the only one who shared my childhood memories and spending time with you made me the happiest sister in the world. I feel so blessed to have known and loved your for 27 years. You worked hard, loved hard and fought hard through challenges. You showed great discipline and courage serving our country in the US Navy and blew everyone’s mind on the golf course. I am so thankful that you spent your last year of life traveling the world and serving our country and your last month of life having quality time with your closest friends and family. I hope you are golfing with Jesus today and can’t wait to see you again in heaven. We will eat Kobe White Sauce, play rainbow road on Mario Kart and maybe listen to Adventures in Odyssey for old times’ sake. I love you and miss you more than words could ever describe.
