Dear Matt,
I'm really shocked, saddened, and speechless to hear the sweetest Wendy had left us and this world so soon. So many sad news came within these couple years among our dragon boat friends and it's really upsetting. These were the young, active and most athletic friends that i knew. Why? How???? So much good memories we had together at "Rebels" and the day that you both met that i will never forget. So special, precious and there is no words that I can describe about our sweet Wendy. She was an amazing, truly remarkable person. Even though our friendship had drifted apart for so many years, but you both are always in my heart and mind. Wendy, with your graceful and beautiful heart and mind, you will be missed so dearly.
Matt, stay strong and don't forget that we are all here for you if you ever need a shoulder to cry on. Take care Matt, Chloe and Kylie.

With deepest condolences to you and family.

Wendy Wong- we had been working together for a short 1 year, eventho its so short she made it so beautiful, fun, meaningful, and very much memorable. She was a great person with an amazing personality, tough and strong yet so caring and loving. She was very positive, never got angry, never took offense and always throw the best jokes. She always made everyone laughing so hard at our little corner. She made life at work so much easier to deal with. She always had so much to give. The effort she made to connect and bring people together was phenomenal. In such a short time i learnt so many valueable life lessons through you, Wendy Wong. Thank you for being part of mylife. I feel blessed to have known such a good person. I miss you alot.
Much love to the the family she left behind, her husband, daughters, mother and sisters- we always heard amazing stories about you. Matt, Chloe & Kylie - your wife and your mother was really truly a wonderful woman. You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

God bless her beautiful soul, Rest in Peace Wendy.

Wendy is the best person I ever met. She has a great heart always warm up people around her. Wendy is a remarkable woman, a great wife and mom. I will miss her forever. She always told me that family is the most important no matter what and taught me how to be a better mom. I believe her spirit will always be here with her family and guard two little kids. Matt, I am so sorry for this bad new. But I believe Wendy doesn't want to see your sadness. She will want you to move on and live well with the kids. She will always live in our hearts.

I will always remember Wendy as kind and so easy to be around. Never judging, just accepting you for who you were. Always encouraging. Matt, I use to run into Wendy around where we worked on 32nd Street and I remember she always had encouraging words for me when I use to complain about my work situation. Seeing a familiar, understanding face during a tough work week was such a rare treat. I am truly saddened by her passing. She will be so missed. My family and I keep you and yours in our prayers.

My Dearest Wendy,

I hope you will know....

No amount of tears can express how deeply I miss you. No amount of words can describe the lost I feel or the sadness that cloaks me. I never got to tell you I was coming home to spend time lost to everyday monotony. You were the glue that kept our friendship together even when I am 5,000 miles away. I never forget the hours we spent talking about anything to everything. We were together when we met our husband, when you got pregnant, when you became a mother twice and when I joined the Army. We were the three musketeers; you, Carol and I. Crazy as we were we supported each other. I will miss the care packages you sent me every Christmas. It always placed a smile on my face of the crazy but thoughtful items you selected. A reminder of how creative and talented you were. I lost someone very dear and special in her own way. I lost a dear friend. Wendy, I love and miss you so much.

"You left this world without saying good-bye. Even if I don't see you, I will always remember the smiles and laughter we shared. All I have are memories and pictures of our childhood. A reminder of how we once were and how beautiful you've become. It is hard to forget someone who gave so much for me to remember. I love you from the bottom of my heart. I look forward to your smile again."

Love always,
Susie

We will remember you always... Love, Susie Ng and Gil Diaz.

Wendy,

I remember running by the dock early in the morning and you would always be the one female running towards me on your finishing lap. As one of the older girls who was loyal to the team, you were a true role model who pushed me to fight the boys for a spot on the boat.

Thank you for being such a strong female presence for all us young girls.

My condolences to Matt and the girls.

Dear Matt,
My deepest condolences to you and your family on your lost. Even though I didn't know Wendy personally, her presence on the docks was always friendly and intimidating at the same time. Those who didn't know her feared her until they came to know and love her for the sweet person she was. She will be missed.

I'm stunned and saddened by this news. My heart goes out to her family and close ones, especially the young ones.

I remember the day Wendy sold me on joining the Dragon Boat team. She said it could be a light and recreational sport...next thing I knew I was living and breathing "dragon boat" for a while. Through my travels with the team, I was exposed to the SF Bay area, where I choose to live now.

She was a champion to the females, newbies, and underdogs while shining among the strongest. Loyal, full of strength and encouragement, never short of friendly smiles. Wendy will forever be remembered and loved.

Rest in peace, dear Wendy. We shall miss you.

I still have a hard time believing that we won't be having our second annual dragon boat family day at CT Science Center. I was just thinking of all the fun (and chaotic) time we had with 6 children. You were strong, energetic, and kind. I will forever be sadden that I won't have a chance to get to know you better.

Our Beloved Wendy...we will remember your strength, smiles, warmth, selflessness, love you had for family, friends and life. We go back to dragonboat days and who knew then that the guys we were both dating at that time would be our future husbands and father to our beautiful children. and who knew the friendships we developed in those days would be best friends we have today in our lives and be the extended FAMILY that we would lean on through thick and thin and good and difficult times...Take comfort that our "dragonboat" family will watch over Matt, Chloe and Kylie as they have all watched over us. Give a big hug to Bill for all of us when you meet up in the big blue skies, stick with Bill...he'll show you the ropes as that is what he is best at and the best deals in town :)  We love and miss you my dear friend..we will shed many tears but also crack a smile to remember the fond memories we have of you. xoxoxo an, laura and anabelle"

We are so sorry to hear of Wendy's passing and we want to express our most sincere sympathies to her family during this difficult time from the management team here at Tzumi Electronics. Although, Wendy was not with us for long she was a highly valuable and respected member of our team at that time.

Please accept our sincere condolences for her family. Wendy was a remarkable woman and everyone at Tzumi is better for having known her. For those of us that had the privilege of calling her "friend" outside of work, we were humbled by her kindness and compassion to everyone around her.

She will be greatly missed and everyone here is saddened by her death. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends during this difficult time.

With sincere sympathy,

The Staff at Tzumi Electronics.

Dear Wendy,

I did not know you that well though I counted you as a dear childhood friend and 'family' because we shared the same stomping grounds (Chinatown, elementary and JHS) and mutual friends. I remember you as a confident, strong individual (even as a child) with amazing artistic abilities. I also admire your physical abilities knowing your passion in the dragon boat races. It is with heavy heart that I hear of this news. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends. God be with you and rest in peace, Wendy.

Always,
Linda

Dear Auntie Wendy,
We truly miss you. We wished you could've stayed with us longer. Thank you for making us laugh, giving us the best presents, and being the greatest aunt in the world. This happened too sudden and unexpectedly. Life is so unfair and in our minds we keep asking the questions "why, what, how?!" You were so active, talented, caring, hardworking, outgoing, and loving. Even though you are not here physically, memories will never be forgotten. Your name will always be engraved in our hearts. Rest in peace and we love you <3

Dear Wendy,
Today has been a great lost to all of us, especially for my sister Susie. You were her childhood friend, her best friend, and a very dear friend. You left this world too soon. You, Susie and Carol were the three musketeers. You guys did almost everything together. No words can describe the lost we have today. Life is too precious and unpredictable. We thank you for every moments we had with you. You are our shining star. We will miss you dearly and will always treasure you in our hearts.

                            Our love, Samantha and Family
