Mr. Wiley Reeves,Jr. was born November 15, 1925 to the late Wiley and Cornelia Reeves,Sr.

  On February 14, 2014 he departed this earthly life and entered into eternal rest.  

He joined the Navy at an early age and served his country for two years.   On December 29, 1947 he joined in holy matrimony to Opal (Stinson) Reeves. From this union eight children were born. One child Bernice (Samuel) Reese, one grandson Barry Griffin and one brother Oscar Reeves preceded him in death. He later joined the New Friendship Baptist Church and served there faithfully until his health failed.  

He leaves to cherish his memories wife Opal Reeves; seven children, Wylene (Willie) Reese,Evyonne (Eddie) Boyd, John (Shasta) Reeves, Albert Reeves, Booker (Robin) Reeves, Marvin Reeves and Patricia Reeves; fifteen grandchildren,twenty-four great grandchildren; two sister Pauline Moreland and Elizabeth Dukes and host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
