He was born on June 11, 1946. They named him William Paul Noel. He is kin to 12 brothers and sisters. As he grew up he worked on a garbage truck, went to school at Delone, as he got older he went on to join the army. He then met my mother Joan Swope who on July 7 1973 he made his wife. He had a daughter Donna born Feb 18 1994 and me Tammy born in winter Jan 31 1977 maybe thats why I love the cold weather so much. He was also a father to his Stepson Lance Brown. He worked in factory for 20 years as a cargator making rolls of paper and other stuff. He use to tell us stories as kids even as we grew up he would tell them like it was yesterday, loved to listen to him go on and on. He had  three grand- daughters and a grandson that he got to watch grow in to young fine people. I got to spend 38 years with him but to me thats not enough to me he was taken to soon. I know in my heart that he is not suffering but still doesn't make me miss him any less......well till i think of more to add I will leave you with this.
