Miss you Pops. It’s been eight years since you left us but there’s not a day that passes without thinking of you. Your daughter (Donna) and grandkids miss you very much too. You would be proud as they all are doing very good. I’m still trying to hold my word to you and keep an eye out and help Mom as the best I can. I can only do as much as the situation allows. It saddens me at times that I can’t do more for my hands are tied to a point. I remember the good times we had when we were young and healthy. You’ve always been a great Father figure in my life and I thank you for allowing me to marry your daughter and help guide my path to be straight and wholesome in this life. No worries Pops as we will never forget or let days pass without a thought and prayer for you.

Daddy, Happy 81st! I miss you so much but of course you know this cause I tell you this almost every night. I miss your smile and your laughter and especially your wit and silly jokes. Oh my dearest friend I wish you were here. Time has not been kind but until we are together again, I will do my best to enjoy it and the family that I love so very much. I love you , always and forever.

Daddy, Oh how I wish you were here. It seems that as time goes by, the loss is felt even stronger. I will hope for some semblance of happiness before I leave this place and will try to be strong for the rest of the family, in particular Mom. Watch over us and know that I love you very very much.

Daddy, we talked last night and you know my heart, you know that it is broken but I also talked with God and he said that you are happy that you are cradled in his arms and that you are well loved by him. It doesnt stop the pain but God said that the pain will go away once we are together again in his home. I miss you Daddy and I will always love you and I thank God for you.

Dad, I didn't get to know you too many years but you always made me feel so much love from you. I will always remember you sitting out on the front porch watching the cars go by and listening to your radio. You never knew who would just pop in and say hi. I miss you and will love you always.
