Well I did it I got through the 26th .I could'nt even look at this page until today,We have all managed to get through all the firsts since Dads passing, not without missing him every day.Sometimes I forget he's gone,then reality hits & I have my little cry .I guess we all have to continue on & hold on to our memories I love & miss Dad every day

A very sad day today, One year ago today we lost a precious man. Our Dad a very special person who loved his family so much, each and every one of us. Dad would have been celebrating his 78th birthday today,It's such a sad feeling knowing I won't be seeing him today,I won't be able to hug & kiss him & wish him a happy birthday,I'll be missing him forever.I'll be remembering every day for the rest of my life I'll see him in my children & grandchildren.We have a little bit of dad in all of us you just have to look.Here's to calmer waters

Even tho this is a very sad day cause Dad isn't here to celebrate his Birthday with us all,we can all celebrate the wonderful life he had and remember the precious memories we have of him. One time we were at Bills mending some gear for a trip.Pop started to show me somethings and when he saw that you werent paying attn: he would say (YOU HEAR ME LOOKING AT YA!) I say that to this day and always will.My dad (Brian Stringer)said to me that day ,if pop is showing you something listen and pay attn: because he didnt do that often.and to learn from a man such as him ,with all the time he spent on the ocean ,no school can teach that! All the days that was spent with him now seem like movies in my head (action,comedy,drama,and adventure) I will have more stories later,I love you nan ,Take care of each other,I LOVE YOU ALL!!
