Mayville lost a wonderful man. He will be missed by many. I had him for Government in 1976 I fell asleep in class. He took his pointer stick and hit my desk, scared me. Never fell asleep again. He was a wonderful teacher.
Mr. Hamilton was a wonderful teacher, I still remember what he taught us. He passed on so much knowledge and shared so much time with students, it’s amazing! I’m so happy he had many wonderful retirement years! May God bless his family with comfort and joy.
My thoughts are prayers are with you. As has been said here many times already. The students at Mayville were very lucky to Mr. Hamilton for a teacher. He always had a smile on his face, he was kind and caring, and we are all better people for having him for our teacher. Thank you Mr. Hamilton Julie Hartzell
Condolences to the family, the community has lost a great man. He was definitely one of my favorite teachers in High School. Made a lot of impressions on people that will last a lifetime by "talking turkey" in the hall with students. Thank you Mr. Hamilton.
