William Harley Dartt, Sr. died February 17, 2019.  He was the son of Dorothy Emily Page Zoellar and Harley Alan Dartt.  He was born November 22, 1929 in Elizabeth City, N.C.  He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Griffin Dartt, daughter, Susan Lyn Dartt and son, William Harley Dartt, Jr. and his wife, Martha.

The service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Oxford by Rev. James L. Pahl, Jr. Interment at Elmwood Cemetery will be private. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the Parish Hall of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church.
