Billy was one of a kind! He had a personality like no other and could light up a room with just one or two words. Words he always used and made everyone laugh! Yeah buddy!!! Is just one of the many! As much as he made everyone laugh and was always the life of the party, he had the biggest heart. I will never forget the heart to heart talks we would have, smoking a cig on his steps, drinking hypnotic with him, talking about everything happening in our lives. Or all the car rides we would take just to blast the system, smoke cigs, and think we were cool lol. All the parties, trips to the trailer down the shore, the cove, the tressles, memories and places that will never be forgotten. Life will never be the same, heaven is lucky to have a one of a kind person up there! Obviously God needed him up there more than we did down here. Some things will never be explained, but we will all meet again one day! I know I'm glad to have his open arms and giant smile waiting for me when it's my time! Love you Billy rest in peace ❤️
