I miss you daddy, more and more each day. If i could get even just one more day with you I'd tell you how much I love you and always will. You never know how much a hug can make your day better until you realize you wont get that hug again. I love you dad. <3

Wrestling with Willie :)

December 15, 2011

When I met Willie, I'd guess I was around 7 years old. He was the biggest prankster and loved playing jokes on people. Mainly us kids. He acted like a big ole kid himself. I loved it when he came over .. it meant "Play time" for us kids. My mother had nine children. Willie was dating the second to the oldest child, my sister Sherry, (he ended up marrying her .. and I was their flower girl at the wedding <3 ). I knew when he came to visit .. it meant "Time for a wrestle match"!! Me and my 2 older brothers Larry and Chris against .. Willie!! Are you kidding me?? The man was a drummer!! Arms of steel next to elementary children .. but we thought we could team up and take him down! He used the 3 Stooges manuvers on us (so funny lol) Genius!! He tried to tie the 3 of us all together with eachothers body parts .. we were stuck. Then the wet "Willies" came out. YUCK!!! Oh and how he loved to pinch .. oh yeah. Not to be hurtful or mean just enough to get your attention. He definitely got it! LOL. There will always be a soft spot in my heart for that man because he made growing up a totally different experience for me and my family than most people had and only could dream about. I was raised around good music and great times and wonderful people. He and my other Brother-in-Law Gary Lee Lindsay were in the same band together .. and that made it even more fabulous because it was a full family experience. I wish you all could have been there. So much love <3.   I miss you Willie .. Thank you for watching over me. I <3 you so much!
