William Lee Zinninger, 76, of Maylene, Alabama, passed away Saturday evening, March 13, 2021, at home with his loving family in attendance. He was born to Edward and Marie Zinninger on June 9, 1944, in Bardstown, Kentucky. He graduated from Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green, Kentucky, in 1969 with a degree in English. Afterward, he received a degree in Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas, in 1972. He was a member of NorthPark Baptist Church in Trussville, Alabama. He is survived by his daughters, granddaughters, son-in-law, and family. A Memorial Service was held in his honor with his close friends and family.

Going to miss ya Uncle Will. The cats will miss you too. I was just thinking about you today playing basketball with KT. Try and stay out of trouble up there I know mom is going to get you into some. lol. Prayers to your daughters and son in law and grand daughters. Remember the love you had for him and the many memories you have with him. Time helps it never fully goes away but it does help some. Prayers to Aunt Kathy know he loved you very much. KT remember the good fun times you had with him. Love all you Crystal Z
