Bill was an officer of the Military Police during the Vietnam War.  Bill was an avid bowler and bowled many years on the Delaware Moose Bowling League. Bill had received a 299 game while bowling during the Moose Leagues.

Forever Friend and Father and family man.

Bill was a member of Dayspring Wesleyan Church where he had become a devoted Christian wanting to live his life for his heavenly father.  Bill had made many friends at the church and touched all lives that he had come in contact with.  Bill was a quiet backseat type man.  Bill could sport a ball cap and even dress clothing and was come to be known by that,  sorry I didn't think ahead to have a hat placed on you for your calling hours and funeral, mom did buy one to go in the casket with you though,  we loved you so much.
