    William Marsh 1924-2015

William B. Marsh passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving wife Magaly on Friday June 26th , 2015 at the age of 90. 

"Funeral Prayer Service & Celebration of Life" will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 65 Amelia St., Barrie, on Friday, July 3rd @ 2:00 pm 

Bill was born in Dundas, and grow up in Hamilton, where he started at a very early age his business career. He was a true entrepreneur , doing business while still being a child; becoming a pioneer in the real estate business in his twenties selling motels and gas stations, moving in the later years to residences. Although practically never retired fully, he was still working the odd time  as a Mortgage Broker in his later years.

He was self confident, straight forward nonsense person , but fair with a heart of gold. He was a very wise practical man that lived his life to the best, enjoying every minute, when younger took time for long holidays with the family having the opportunity to enjoy seeing his children grow up and helping them in the daily chores. Time that could had use for making more money , he chose life and family.

He is survived by his wife Magaly Marsh  and his children Barry Marsh (Bettyann) Carole Marsh (Kith Clark) Denise Kennedy (Don Kennedy) Michelle Marsh, Nicole Marsh-Burke (Desmond Burke) Monique Marsh (David  Branigan) and his stepson Miguel Martinez.

Also survived by his 18 grandchildren Wesley Marsh, Mikhail Marsh, Ushuaia Marsh, Jacqueline Day, Monique Kennedy, David Kennedy, Kimberley Kennedy, Danielle Puopolo, Suzanne Puopolo, Robert Puopolo,  Olivia Puopolo, Aleksandra Burke, William Burke, Desmond Burke, Hillary Burke, Nathalie Branigan, Leo Branigan and Kate Branigan and one great granddaughter Stella Day-Gervais.

Survived by his mother in law Ana Rangel, his 9 sisters in law, 3 brothers in law, 24 nephews/neices and 7 great nephews and neices. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Hospice Simcoe, The Canadian Cancer Society,  The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada, or the MS Society of Canada.
