William Michael Brown of Wheelersburg Ohio was born August 15, 1943, in New Boston, a son of the late James C. Brown and Margaret V. Glass Brown. He was the husband of the late Phyllis S. Brown, and was retired from Norfolk and Southern Railroad where he was a Conductor and Brakeman for 35 years. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran during the Vietnam Conflict. He is survived by his children, Sherry Griffith, Anthony Brown, Julie Brown, and Jack Sargent. He had eight grandchildren, Mike, Jason, Josh, Austin, Chandler, Skylar, Katelyn, and Kayla, and one great-grandson Aiden. He was preceeded in death by his brother, James E. Brown and one sister, Shirley Gee Brown.
