I did not know your father until I read the beautiful words in remembrance of his life. What a wonderful, lasting legacy he leaves with his loved ones. When one of the greats leaves this world to go home to their eternal one, there is indeed a void. But that void quickly fills up with loving memories like a bridge from here to there. My dad was a kind and gentle soul who had a joy for life and an unconditional love for his family. He would try to fix anything broken, his tools of choice and his methods were often met with giggles as he was a lovely mix of MacGyver and Magoo. "In the end, only kindness matters" and my dad will be remembered for his heart of gold. Someday our memories of him will mend our broken hearts.
