Billy was born in Clarksville, TN  in August 16 1974.  He was brought up in a small town with a lot of relatives.  He has over 100 cousins and was like by them all.  Billy was a kind hearted person, and would do anything to help a person in need.  He was mine and Bill's only child.  He got married when he was 19 year old and divorced 5 year later, from that marriage a daughter was born.  His daughter mother died the previous year in 2010.  Billy told me once that everything he tried in life just didn't work out.   He would like to joke and make people laught and he had the most wonderful smile.  He was for the most a happy person and love life. God I miss him so much.
