To the family of William Adcock. The loss of such a professional and successful person will be surely missed by all that knew him and the community in which William lived and served. My deepest sympathy to the family of such a fine person and friend to all. I enjoyed knowing and being a part of Williams life although it was not much but very precious to me.

William T. Adcock. I have warm and lasting memories of William and his family from many years gone by. Some of the first people we met when relocating to Oxford from Clarksville Va., in the very early 1970's, were these "other Adcock's".

Not blood relatives of ours... that I know of, but in a short time I would have been pleased and proud to be considered one of William's "Adcocks".

William was a man of Faith. His family is a family of Faithful believers. I never had an interaction with William that I did not reconize his Faith and compassion. His legacy is his Faith and how he lived with deed and purpose.

By our Faith we recieve the promise of Eternal Life and the guidance to navigate difficult waters. The tools of comfort and peace are also promises from God that he will work for us and with us as we journey through these times.

Our Hope and Prayers for you are the Lord's Peace and Comfort as you make your way through the days ahead.

Prayers extended to the family. We will always have fond memories of William and his great auctions. The first estate auction we ever attended, a family bible came up for auction and William announced to the crowd that he would never auction a bible and he placed it back on the table and announced to the crowd that anyone wanting this bible to come and take it home with them. That showed a man that not only was a Christian but had character as an individual. May the Lord be with the family. Steve and Linda Tingen - Roxboro, NC.
