Willie David Jackson better known as “Man” was born to the late Doris and John C. Jackson on May 22, 1963 in Hogansville, Ga.

Willie “Man” attended West End Elementary School and furthered his education at Hogansville High School where he joined Hogansville Greenwaves football team. He was employed at Interface Flor for many years.

He accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Wadley Chapel United Methodist Church. He moved forward with his Christian life at Destiny Worship Center International. He became Pastor Evan’s armor barrier and traveled with him many places.

Willie “Man” Jackson was a loving, caring, and strong person. He was a peacemaker and always kept a smile for every situation he was in. Willie “Man” loved riding horses (cowboy boots), partying, singing and dancing.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Jackson; and father, John C. Jackson; brother, Melvin Jackson; and sister, Carrie Mae House.

He leaves to cherish and celebrate his legacy: one son; ShaRon Black, one daughter; Melandra Cameron, two grandchildren; Ni’Haveyah Tigner and Major Wright; nine sisters, Lucy Kate Dallas, Sevor Glover (Walter), Joann Rosser, Carolyn McCrary (Henry), Wanda Rosser, Betty Boyd (Gilbert), Hilda Jackson, Eva Brown (Jack) and Angie Goodwin (William); three brothers, Charles Rosser, Jerry Rosser, and David Rosser (Jacqueline); one brotherin-law, Roger House; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and a special friend Darlene Dunson and best friend Bernard Phillip.
