Mr. Willie Kelley, Jr., was born November 20, 1932 in Coosa County,
Alabama to the late Mr. Willie Kelley and Kate Wyckoff Kelley.

He accepted Christ at an early age by joining Kellyton Methodist Church.

On June 25,1951, he married Earnestine Buckner Kelley. From this union two sons was born. He worked at Russell and Robinson Pipe Shop until moving to Detroit, Michigan, where he was employed at Ford Motors until he retired in 1998.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Two brothers and one sister: Jessie James Kelley, Harold Dean Kelley, Jessie Mae Pearsons. His son, Willie F, D. Kelley.

Mr. Kelley departed this life, October 25,2011 at Russell Medical Center.

He leaves to cherish his memory: A loving wife of 60 years, Earnestine Kelley. One son, Larry (Minnie) Kelley. One sister, Effie Mae Kelley, Two brothers-in-law: Melvin Buckner and Marion (Lola) Buckner. Daughter-in-law, Tonya Kelley. Sisters-in-law: Betty Spradley and Nellie Kelley. Ten grandchildren: Lisa Lawry, Larry (Melissa) Kelley, Roderick Kelley, Yolanda (Maricus) Nelson, Shondritte Kelley, Demetruis Kelley, Jermaine Robinson, Mirah Green, Micah Green and Annette Green. Six great-grandchildren, host of nieces and nephews and friends.


Funeral service for Mr. Willie Kelley Jr. will be Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow at Mt. Sinai Church Cemetery.
