Uncle I didn’t know that April 13th, 2020 would have been our last conversation in the flesh! Nothing catches God but surprise, so it was just a blessing that I called Meechy that day, and she happened to be at work. She let me talk to you, and you remembered me!!! We laughed as we talked about Gary and New Orleans! It did my heart good to hear your voice, and hear you laugh. Laughter really is a medicine. As we ended our conversation and you were given the phone back to Meechy, you kept calling her Angela!!! Meechy said you were still smiling, and that’s how I want to remember you Uncle, full of life and laughter!! You will be forever missed, and I am truly grateful that I was born in the Hoskins Family! When we’re totally and completely together nothing or nobody can stop us!!! Where there is unity, there is strength! Rest In Peace Uncle
