Bro. Willie James Mullins, the son of the late Jonas and Leila Mullins was born March 27, 1932 in Pike County.  He spent his early childhood in Talbot County.  He accepted Christ as his personal Savior until his health failed.

  He departed his life Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Columbus Hospice Home in Columbus, Georgia.   He leaves to cherish his memory a devoted family: two sisters, Wylene Barron of Fort Pierce, Florida, Minnie Humphrey of Charlotte, North Carolina;  He has eight deceased siblings, Robert L. Mullins, Oscar (Nap) Mullins, Elder Clarence Mullins, Sr., Eddie Mullins, Emma J. Brassell, Andrew Mullins, Sr., Leola Blue, Lucille Owens; one sister-in-law; two caregivers, Betty Williams, Felica McGruder; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
