Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace;
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
And where there is sadness, joy.

O Divine Master,
Grant that I may not so much seek
To be consoled as to console;
To be understood, as to understand;
To be loved, as to love;
For it is in giving that we receive,
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
And it is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life.
Amen.

In life we loved you dearly, in death we will do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone, for part of us went with you when god called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide, though we cannot see you, you will always be by our side. Rest in power cousin/brother

So many memories with you I don’t even know where to begin but I’ll definitely start by repping the dirt bomb twins lol, riding around the block in tonker trucks where brother Jonathan then named us THE DIRT BOMB TWINS LOL. You were an incredible cousin to me and as close as my brother. I’m glad we were able to recently all get together at mom’s and Abuelitas house for brother rambos birthday with the blessing of god reaching out to brother Jonathan to unite us. All of the laughter that occurred that night especially when mami started doing the worm lol there was no stopping her. I will forever cherish every moment spent with you. So many late night chats I can remember as if it was yesterday, when titi(your mom) will scream at us to go to sleep lol. We spoke about life itself and broke night every time we were together and never learned but we both knew after getting in trouble, it was all worth it and couldn’t anyone tell us anything lol. So many late nights chilling with brother Allen right across from your room window where we all grew love for Allen as a family member. You always knew the perfect things to tell me in times of need regardless of the situation. You started writing and becoming your own inspiration. You’ve shared with me your beginning BARS and it was always poetic and profound. I always enjoyed listening to all your writing and couldn’t wait for your next verse. You will forever live in all of our hearts, you were an amazing father, cousin, brother, friend, loved by many, inspired half the world with your music, a jokester, loving, caring and my best counselor. I will always talk to you, my heart will forever look for you but my soul knows you’re at peace. Love you brother, rest in power.

I’m still in so much disbelief Brondairess!!
You will forever live in our memories as our beloved Bae: the best Son, the greatest friend, the most loved family member and the most patient person ever. You were the most kindest human being I have ever met. Always had advice for any of your loved ones no matter the time no matter what you were doing. You touched so many people around you simply by being yourself and always sharing your amazing energy with those around you. I feel so blessed to have had you in my life, to have shared so many beautiful memories with you, and I will cherish You for eternity. Thank you for your last words to me pa, they will forever be imbedded in my heart. I thank God that he allowed me to meet such a beautiful soul like you. Your kind heart, your humility, your perseverance, your wise words, and your energy has been so powerful that you have gathered so many people together to celebrate your life. I am so proud of all your music achievements and I know how proud of yourself you was too. You worked your ass off day after day to reach your goals and you never gave up. We will never forget all the love you shared with us and you will live in our hearts forever. I’m not at all prepared for life without you, I will miss you so much my Teddy Bear and I will love you forever. You always knew it would be like this, is so crazy to think about our talks and how you’d always told me about how this would be. Look at how many people you have touched babe, we are all heart broken with your loss.
Although you are gone, I know your heart beats inside of your 2 precious boys, Miah and Aiden who you loved so much and made you the happiest man alive, your heart lives inside of your mom and dad who will love you forever and will keep your memory alive. All of us that love you will keep you alive in our hearts for life and we will never let you go. Thank you for blessing us all with your love. And thank you for making me your best friend, you taught me so much in life and I will continue to make you proud.
Descansa en Paz mi amor. Te amo tanto, te extrañare por Siempre y te amare por siempre. Tu Sugar Plum.

My goodness cousin, I thought we had all the time in the world. We just never know how short time is. I’m so happy we able to share some time together recently. I’m so happy to see the talented person you became. I’m so so happy you had the talk with Damani. He needed it. So many people are hurt that you are gone. Im still in disbelief but, I will never forget the day you left. As soon as I left, after telling you I’m changing my life for healthy living, & that you will take an intermission from video for a second and workout with me for a bit , I got a call to turn around ... I only walked outside the hospital! I guess when I said see you soon, you said Bye .
You left your parents two great gifts, Jeremiah & Aidan. We will all love them Always. Until we meet again baby, god is good , I love you dearly, rest well in the hands of our father.

his Life

His Life

Brondairess Stephens JR. Was born January 20, 1990 in Lincoln hospital if the Bronx. To Luz Nancy Pinto and Brondairess Stephens, and his older sister Shakiela. Growing up in the 90s on Cypress & Sheridan Avenue was nothing but fun and love with his family. We always had Parties with Merengue and rice & beans at Abuela’s house. Most of the time the Stephens  family would come over for the parties. Both Grandmothers were there these Parties (Mary Stephens & Maria Pinto). What great times we had.  The family called Brondairess Stephens JR. “Bae”. However so many times his mother would call him her little “Bookie”. if you are one of the lucky ones then you would’ve heard her sing this song. He later moved with his mom to Nelson Avenue and then Finally onto Shakespeare Avenue, but his father and mother always remained very close. Many weekends growing up he spent his time with his titi Enid  & cousins Jonathan, Elizabeth, Mario, Louis or titi Jenn with Cousins Charlene, LaTanya and Jonathan.  Almost every birthday was shared with his sister Shakiela, since their birthdays were just days apart.  Bae had so many more cousins, Aunts, Uncles and friends. He was always a child of god. He dedicated his whole life to god, Completing his Baptism and following the guidances of the god parents, (Rosa, Jennifer, Darryl& Macho).
I remember his kindergarten graduation, he marched proudly to the song (Believe it or not I’m walking on air). He was present for many more graduations...including his high school graduation from Bronx Leadership Academy! I remember that Evening as well. He smiled gladly while his parents, titi Jen, my children and I watched him take a very important step, in attainhis diploma. The 1st male in the Stephens family to get his High School  Diploma.
He went into the workforce full throttle with various security positions. However it was not his true calling. He begin writing lyrics to songs he would later spit and do so with pure talent!
He reconnected with a high school friend who would share his talent with the world through various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, And YouTube. “Ya Boi Bron” was born again! He was a YouTube hit, dropping song after song, album after album, video after video, and interview after interview! He continued to stay close to his family throughout his endeavors, with his biggest fans cheering him on. CrazyLove & Bron B were featured many times in their sons videos.
I must say this guy was a prankster, scaring his mother for the most part and recording it and sharing with close family and friends for a laugh. He would always find a way to get you to smile or smile himself. Unfortunately he began to suffer with illness. He was hospitalized and had a very close call which inspired new music and a different way of life. He focused more on his health and spending time with his children. His health did improve but only for a short time. He became very sick, and he did succumb to his illness on March 27th 2021, Surrounded by doctors, his parents, god-mother, cousins and friends. Most importantly he was anointed and prayed over and given the sacrament of (last rights/Annointing of the sick.)
“God is so good”, he would often say.. and god is. We may not understand why, but we are not to question our lord. Lets never forget my cousin Bae. Let’s remember his happiness, listen to his music and remember to always enjoy life with a smile.
he is survived by his mother, father, two sons,  hey sister, his grandmothers, uncles aunts and cousins, friends, followers  and his music

May he rest in God's peace.

A life lost is a Soul gained unto the Lord, the Bible says to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. I pray for the strength of the family and for the Soul of your dear family member and I ask that God's Spirit will be upon you all during these times. I did not know him, perhaps may have seen him knowing some of the family. Still I want you all to know that God knew him well and when life has come to a close the dearly beloved is returned into God's hands, I pray that you all will find the comfort and peace that you all need, Amen. Minister Bruno-Detouche.
