Wow it’s 11 years since you left us! Has your singing voice improved and better since you have been praising God with the angels this long? Still miss you and remember your dancing moves. Recently remembered the wedding we went to in New York and we went back to our hotel in New Jersey! Your wrapper dropped as we were entering the elevator and you didn’t realize it! We all laughed together! I miss those times of our fellowshipcontinue to rest at the bosom of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ till we meet and part no more! Did recognize my daughter? Toba! Wish I could ask all those questions

I think about you all the time! Surely heaven gained an angel when you left
us. Thank you for the love, kindness and wisdom that you shared while you
were here on earth. You are so missed by all; but we find comfort knowing
you are resting in the bosom of our lord Jesus Christ -Amen

Daily I remember this wonderful Christian young lady, an embodiment of what I later came to know that Jesus Christ stood for. She was well respected by her teachers and peers. A very cultured and diligent scholar, an embodiment of diligence and humility, very respectful, honest and kind. A woman of incredible integrity. She had a heart of love and very caring. Always wanting the best for all. Yetunde, you remain irreplaceable. Continue to rest in the bosom of our Lord Whom you loved and dedicated your life to....'Fola Tayo

It’s said that ‘time heals wounds’ but is that the truth?! Sometimes it feels like the wound remains fresh and sometimes it feels old! Trusting in the Love of our Christ Jesus is the only way to remain sane sometimes! Continue to rest in the bosom of our Lord sister Yetunde! We know you are taking care of your baby, Toba now! Rest on, sister! We remain comforted knowing that we’ll see again!

"Yetunde was an outstanding PhD student @ the University of Ibadan when I joined the staff. A well respected young Christian, very humble, dedicated and diligent. In recent years, we met at the University of Lagos before I retired and we renewed contact. The news of her sickness shocked me. Indeed, on her last day, I prayed with her on the phone. Beloved, REST IN THE LORD.

You were very academically brilliant with a gentle and kind soul. Even though we were in separate houses in Queen’s School, I still remember your sweet way of saying hello to me. You were always close to God and I know that you have already met and embraced the Lord whom you loved so much. Sleep well, dear sister, until we meet again. I am lucky to have met Mrs Taiwo just six months after I came to this great country. She and her husband constantly checked on me, to make sure I was okay at college. She offered me academic advice and took me to a Nigerian party in Kentucky, where I met other friends. The instant you met Mrs Taiwo, and her simple acts of kindness, you knew she was humble, smart, selfless and always

There is no day that passes that I don't think of Auntie Yetunde. It is still so serile. She was a woman of great accomplishments and extremely humble. I loved her spoken English and great sense of humor. It is an honor to have known her. May her soul rest in perfect peace and may God comfort her family at this time and give them peace that passes all understanding, amen.

I never had the Opportunity to meet Aunty Yetunde T. But I feel like I know her. My Aunty Yewande Dina, talks about her so much. She must have been a gem of a Person
This is a 'HUGE' loss. I know that God who loves her more than us, will let her gentle soul rest in peace. May God almighty take care of her husband and wonderful children and people that loved this wonderful woman. God bles

I had the privilege of working with Yetunde during her time with Lilly. She was such a wonderful person and will be sadly missed. Not often in this life are we lucky enough to meet someone with the character that she exhibited. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this difficult time and in the days to come.
