Dear Friends,

I never imagined that I will be speaking at this occasion, I believed it will be Yogesh who will speak these words for me, he would be the one who will give me Kandha.

Yogesh was a person with open and positive attitude. Building up of open attitude goes to his parents and family.

Yogesh had inquisitive mind, and he was always curious to learn new things. He had thorough knowledge of engineering principles. We started our journey with Yogesh 17 years back. He was captain of our global technical ship. He showed how the technological excellence should be, His efforts in software development team and the projects he worked on always made a difference and value add to the operation.

While Exploring and innovating his imagination can move in one domain of technology to another. He can really accelerate the application development process.

During IDES year’s he worked with people around the globe and he respected all cultures and all different people.He has mastered Management skills and he was always at forefront leading the teams.

He has proved what is possible for our young employees.

Our Young Captain has left our ship in the middle of high seas, What we call it Mazdhar mein chood ke chala gaya. The organization and the society lost a start talent and leader but also an extra ordinary human being.

I lost a sincere friend.

We at IDES pray to God for the peaceful journey of his soul. We send our deepest condolences to his family and pray for their well being and strength.

I remember the day, when we organized Annual Party. He literally helped us for finalizing everything. Sharing a snippet which always play back of my mind when I think about that day, Employees were enjoying, some on dance floor, some on dinner table, some while clicking groufies! And here I am, holding a piece of paper which was suggesting an amount which barely I have in my saving account. Confused! with lot of questions, was just staring that paper, suddenly I heard some words "what's wrong, may I help you in this?"
Yogesh Sir literally rescued me that day!
It seemed head of the family who was there for all of us!
