Yvonne Ealy was born December 17, 1953 in Cincinnati, Ohio to  Willean Hutcherson and Calvin McDay. Growing up in the community of Lincoln Heights, she was the beloved sister of seven. Known for her vibrant personality and infectious laugh, she attracted attention everywhere she went. Yvonne had many jobs over the years, working hard to provide for her three children.  In her downtime she enjoyed drawing, crocheting, and spending quality time in the company of good friends and family. Yvonne being a devoted member of Day Chapel always made sure she put God first.

On December 2, 2021, Yvonne transcended from this life to the next, surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her son Chico McDay.  She leaves to cherish with the fondest of memories, two daughters, Estitila Y Ealy and Gwendolyn S Ealy; Three Grandchildren; William T Voner III, Aaliyah D Voner, Chico N Ealy, Five sisters; Aurealia Riley-Adams (deceased), Erain McDay-Evans, Hazel McDay-Frankiln, Gwen McDay-Williams, Willean McDay-Cooper; Three Brothers, Thomas McDay, Calvin McDay Jr. and Otis McDay; And a host of other cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
