There is a Cloud - Elevation Worship

Hear the word roaring as thunder
With a new future to tell
For the dry season is over
There is a cloud beginning to swell

To the skies heavy with blessing
Lift your eyes, offer your heart
Jesus Christ opened the heavens
Now we receive the Spirit of God

We receive Your rain
We receive Your rain

Every seed buried in sorrow
You will call forth in its time
You are Lord, Lord of the harvest
Calling our hope now to arise

Like a flood
Like a flood
We receive your love
When You come

And with great anticipation
We await the promise to come
Everything that You have spoken
Will come to pass, let it be done

Dear Jess and Bryan,
I learned from Rajat about the loss of your son, Zev. I am heartbroken for you two and Zia. Such a lovely life taken away all too soon- it is incomprehensible. I remember seeing him as a beautiful baby in Oct. 2019 on Dominic's birthday. May you find comfort in your love for each other, in the company of your family and friends and in your faith. May he rest in peace in heaven and time heal your broken hearts.

Love

Dear Jess, Bryan, and Zia,
My family and I grieve with you. We hold you and Zev close in thoughts and prayers. It was so sweet to hear about Zev’s joyous, outgoing personality and see pictures of him flying high and then into his father’s arms. May you all have gentleness during this most difficult time.

We wish we could give you the most massive of hugs. Though we wish we could be there for you, we are here for you. We will pray and bless you. We grieve the unfathomable injustice and cherish the beauty that will live on in your hearts from his sweet memory. We pray that like a seed, Zev's life will continue to grow and bear fruit and beauty in your lives. We love you.

Hi Jess and Bryan,

Our hearts break with you. We love seeing all these pictures of Zev and we have been thinking of your family so much.  Zev and our daughter Aspen were born 10 days apart and although they did not meet I can't help but to think of that as a special connection in addition to our time living in Oakland.  Sending our love and prayers to you.   Jed and Miranda

I'll be lighting a candle and holding tight to the moment we witnessed him join you earthside.

Dear Bryan, Jessica, & Zia,

Our hearts are broken and grieving with you all. Were cherishing the memories we made last summer when you visited us (and again at Brent's wedding). Life is so precious and fragile here on this earth. We will forever miss Zev and pray that we get to see him again in heaven.

Bryan, I love you brother, I miss you and pray for you regularly. I hope to see you again soon. I'm here to support you and listen anytime you want to talk, just call.

Jessica, My heart is broken with you likewise, I can't begin to understand the pain of loosing your son. I love you and know that I'm praying for you too. May you experience a touch from heaven and be comforted by the presence of your creator.

Zia, I love you my niece, your a good daughter. My daughters miss you and hope to see you before too long. I look forward to playing games and hearing you call me "Uncle Dad" once again...

Jess, Bryan and Zia,

My heart hurts for you. There are no words to express our deepest sympathy for Zev's loss. We were so excited to meet him last year and still hold the day we spent together at the beach in Ft. Lauderdale in our hearts. We enjoyed our littles ones playing in the sand and beach while we all caught up on our lives and talked about how much we've grown and experienced since we left CA. I have a vivid memory of us all eating corn on the cobs and talking about your future travels to Panama and the amazing work you would both be doing. We loved following along your adventures and we admire your courage, resilience and love for humanity and our environment. I'm sure Zev loved it too.

Although Zev may not be with us in the physical form his presence is still felt. We love you and we are praying for you daily as you navigate these challenging times. Sending a big virtual hug and kiss. Love-The Feliz Family (Louie, Ara & Sophia)

I did not get to meet little Zev but I loved him from the first moment you shared the news of his birth.

I'm so deeply sorry for this untimely and unfair loss. Please accept my deepest condolences and the pledge that your community while some of us are separated by miles - is always with you spiritually. We're here for this whole journey, and we love you.

"Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings where our loved ones shine down to let us know they are happy."

Who would have thought such a tiny little person could bring so much joy to so many people in such a short period of time? I know your memories of Zev are infused with warmth, happiness, and love, and those memories and emotions will help to support and sustain you. And when you look up and see the stars, perhaps you will feel his presence shining down on you from above.

Jess, Bryan, and Zia,
Words cannot express how deeply sorry I am for the loss of your beloved Zev. I can’t even begin to imagine the pain you must be going through. Although I didn’t get to meet Zev, I did get to know him a bit through your postings and through Abigail when she proudly shared pictures of him with me. He was a beautiful bundle of joy...an angel amongst, who left this world too soon, and who I believe is now in heaven. May God give you the strength to get through this unbearably difficult and sad time in your lives. Know that you are in the thoughts and prayers of many who love you.

We lived in the nature preserve with the community and the Ausinheilers in Panama for about two months. Zev, without him knowing, was one of the most influential souls we have met. He was always found in arms,  happily breastfeeding or involving people into his projects, discoveries, and games. We instantly fell in love with him and his easy-loving attitude to everything and everyone. With me, I remember him being “Stoked” on tomatoes from the garden, his new word: “agua", the golden spider we would say goodnight to in the kitchen, and the bottle caps that magically entertained him for hours. For us, we will forever carry his teachings of unconditional love, pure joy, and an incredible sense of freedom- even as an almost two-year-old, we have so much to thank him for. A lot of this is his essence, but a great majority of his loving and free expression had to do with his ever-loving parents. Watching him fearlessly explore his new environment with Jessica and Bryan was always amazing to witness. We remember Bryan launching him in the air and as both of their faces would lit up. One time I was looking for Jessica and she was holding naked Zev by the hand climbing up rocks in the river, it was entrancing to see her balance between attentive and letting him explore. I remember her saying “It is a few moments that I get just one-on-one with them” and I remember that being a very special moment to witness. And of course, Zia, who took care of him, and showed him her world…Forever will he be missed, forever will he be loved.
With all our hearts,
