Billie and Jimmy Redford had Anita Carol Redford on March 15th, 1953. She grew up mostly in Henryetta, Oklahoma. She had Three siblings Jimmy Dale Redford Burdetta Redford and Belinda Redford. She and Belinda both grew up sleeping in the same bed. My Mom use to tell me stories on how they shared a room and how they would be scared with the window open. She also talked a lot about them talking in bed and become not only sisters but best friends.

She later on meet JR Reid who she fell in love with and soon after married. He join the service and off they went traveling to places like Germany, They traveled around a lot. Someone said they were nomads I thought this described them well. On their travels they had two girls, April and Angel. They finally settled down in Oklahoma.

Anita has always cared about family, inviting her Nieces and Nephews over ofter to stay. She loved spending time with her girls and family. Both girls grew up and gave Anita something she always wanted Grand children. Anita was lucky in this because she got many of them, all of them loving their granny. Anita was even able to see some of her Great Grand babies.

Anita and JR Moved to Wewoka in 2009 where she got to help raise some of her grand kids which she loved to do. On December 2nd at 5:45 Nita passed on after a long fight with Cancer.
