Anna M. Peraino
1945 - 2016

Anna Mary Peraino, 70, of Voorhees NJ, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 5, 2016.

She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt who always prioritized family above all else, and lived her life with courage, strength, and dignity.

Anna was born in Philadelphia on October 24, 1945 and was married to Joseph Peraino Sr. (deceased) for 50 years.

Anna had a 20 year career in the gaming industry as a black jack dealer in both Reno NV and Atlantic City NJ, until her lung cancer diagnosis in 2000.

She beat the odds and astounded even the doctors surviving 16 years with recurring lung cancer.

Anna is survived by two daughters Pamela Buzzetto of Tampa FL and Agnes Peraino of Voorhees NJ; and also has a deceased son Joseph Peraino Jr.  Anna has four grandchildren:  Danielle Escobar and Michael Buzzetto both of Tampa Florida, Joseph Peraino III and Vincenzo Peraino both of Media PA; and three great grandchildren.

She has two surviving brothers Leonard Castelli of Woodbury NJ & Thomas Lowe of Williamstown NJ; two surviving sisters Mariea (Marge) Castelli of Clementon NJ and Patricia Sullivan of Woodbury NJ; and a deceased sister Susan Castelli.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.

A family memorial and remembrance service has been tentatively scheduled on Monday, May 16th at 7:00 PM at Tori’s Bistro at 1218 Chews Landing Rd, Clementon NJ 08021
