Mr. Chadwick was born Monday, November 21, 1955, in Langdale, Alabama, the son of Colene Daniel and the late Charles Tillman Chadwick. He spent the next 18 years in Crestview in Fairfax where he was a member of Fairfax Baptist Church participating in the RA’s. He was very active in football, baseball and track in high school, graduating from Hallie Turner High School and received his BS in Environmental Health from Auburn University. He was elected the Environmental Health Student of the Year while there. His entire career was focused on protecting others through various health and safety fields. He was married to the love of his life for 39 years, being together since the ages of 13 and 14. He was a devout Christian and instilled these values into his son, Justin, who was his most treasured accomplishment. Ashley instilled these same values into his beloved grandchildren, Kenzee and KK. He was greatly loved and will be sorely missed by all. We are blessed and proud to have loved a man so rare.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Jennifer Chadwick; his son, Justin (Vicki) Chadwick of Little Mountain, South Carolina; his granddaughter McKenzee and McKaylee Chadwick; his sister Alana Lynn (Frankie) Chappell; his brother Anthony Charles (Cindy Cook) Chadwick.
