I just met and held your little brother on Sunday. He reminded me so much of you. You are thought of and loved.

Bastian,
you are ALWAYS in my thoughts and in my prayers. I love you so, so much. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers just as often, and I know they will always need your help, so make sure you're always there for them Bastian! Take care of them, because they miss you. 
I will forever remember you. Thank you.

There is a special Angel in Heaven
that is part of you.
It is not where you wanted him

He was here but just a moment

God saw him getting tired, a cure was not to be.
He wrapped him in his loving arms and whispered ˜Come with me."
He suffered much in silence, his spirit did not bend.
He faced his pain with courage, until the very end.
He tried so hard to stay with us but his fight was not in vain,
God took him to His loving home and freed him from the pain.

Dear Bastian, you were held in awe by a team full of girls and soccer parents while your Mom carried you. The seniors didn't sneak into your yard the night of initiations because they didn't want to disturb you or your sister. They adored your pictures and they KNEW you had one of the coolest names ever. They love your mom and they thank you for sharing her with them. They have prayed for you and have dedicated their season to you. You didn't even know it, but you have touched their lives forever and taught them to love early and often because time is short. God bless you and we will continue to pray for your mom, your dad and your sister.
