This memorial has been created in memory of Blaine Alan Goff of Denver, Colorado.  He passed away peacefully at The Denver Hospice on April 18, 2014 at the age of 59.  Blaine had a short and heroic battle with an aggressive cancer diagnosed on February 11, 2014.  At the time it was discovered, the cancer had already metastasized and was Stage IV cancer of an unknown origin.  Blaine opted to enter Hospice care immediately in order to avoid suffering through unnecessary diagnostic procedures and treatments.  Blaine’s family extends their gratitude to the medical staff at The Denver Hospice.  The care and pain management they provided were a gift and allowed Blaine to let go peacefully and with minimal pain.  Blaine was with his daughter, Sarah and future son-in-law Matthew when he left our physical world.  He is survived by his daughter Sarah Nelson (34), daughter Jesse Morales (30), son Alex Morales (28) and son Gabe Morales (25).  He adored his two grandchildren; Emma Nelson (10) and Aidan Nelson (5).  He is survived by his sister Peggy Gilbert of Virginia Beach, VA; his niece Janell Rudy and nephew Brandon Petersen as well as numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.   He was preceded in death by his mother; Ardythe Goff and father Blaine Goff.
