Mr. Bobby Richard Russell was born March 14, 1944 to the late Edna Russell Washington. Bobby departed this life on February 23, 2015.

Bobby was born in Meriwether County, Georgia. He grew up and was educated in Meriwether County School Systems and graduated from Greenville High School. Later he moved to Chattanooga, TN where he was employed with Capital Toyota for over twenty years.

He leaves to cherish his memory six children: Anthony (Ronita) Russell, Devera Russell, Janice (Michael) Stinson, Kimberly Russell, James Russell, and Dori Russell, eight grandchildren; Shantreze (Xavious) Anderson, Anjanette McDowell, Tharius Tigner, Antonio Hines, Sequayah Russell, Jamal Russell, Kaneisha Russell, and Tyrell Tigner, eleven great-grandchildren, one brother Willie J. Russell, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
