Carmen, this was your legacy, you made everyone smile that way.
Each hug, or smile, your laughter and cheer,
All of those precious memories, we will forever hold dear.
Your bright blue eyes, and your gorgeous, gleaming smile,
Are in heaven with our Lord; because you're His shinning angel now.
You're walking the streets of gold, Holding onto God's loving hand.
You're singing in the choir, a memeber of the angel band.
We cried the day that we lost you. Life will never be the same.
We're taking comfort in knowing, though, that one day, we will meet again.
You touched so many lives, in so very many ways.
Your testimony will live on in our hearts, for all the rest of our days.
A picture of heaven, Carmen, that's what you were.
You're now resting in peace, in God's loving arms, everyone's sweet little girl.
