My Word: An extraordinary "Ordinary" Father

My Father is a great man. You've never heard of him, but I suspect he may be like your dad. This tribute is for him and the fathers you don't normally read about.

Greatness is perhaps best realized in the ordinary father's life. There is quite nobility in the life of a man who provides for his family over decades, sacrificing personal wants, comforts and sometimes dreams for the betterment of his family.

God, who alone is immortal, will grant eternal life to His redeemed. Until that day death is an unconscious state for all people including daddy Carol. When Christ, who is our life, appears on His second coming, the resurrected righteous and the living righteous will be glorified and caught up to meet their Lord. We will see you again daddy Carol!
