I met Dale when I was a senior in high school The first time I laid eyes on him I knew he was different than the rest of the guys.  As he talked he was so cute and funny too!....my heart just flip flopped...We met at my sister Debbies apartment..he came along with my sisters boyfriend. Boy was I ever glad he did...ha ha.  I had to do something special, besides drinking koolaid (and trying to act like it was wine) to get him to notice me. But what....hum... I spotted Dale's cowboy boots..I bet if I accidentally stepped on his toe walking by..that would surely get his attention.  It never really went as planned... oh it did get his attention all right... but he wasn't very happy with me, for those were his brand new boots and I smashed the toe in.  He had to take the boot off and fix the dent I put in... so needless to say he was mad...and I cried... lol... But it ended up pretty good after all...Dale felt bad he made me cry and gave me a hug....and I took advantage of that and hugged him back.... the hug lasted longer than it should of and before I knew it ... we kissed!  Yep folks ..... now you know!  I will never forget that first kiss!  I felt so grown up kissing a guy with a mustache!  Ha Ha.... It was  later when we actually started dating...but that's another story for another time....  It's been 8 months to the day that you've been gone.....  I miss you more every day!   My heart breaks as I recall all the memories of you..Gone but not forgotten!  You were the Love of my Life!!!!  Can't wait to hear your voice again!
