Dear Gina, Jilll and family:
Dan was a wonderful mentor and friend to me. I first met him in 1991, when I served as the NM Secretary of Economic Development, He was kind, intelligent, accomplished and always very interested in helping New Mexico develop. He was directly responsible for the establishment of NM Inc. and provided great leadership and guidance in his interest in advancing the economic developement of NM. Dan was a true gentleman and well liked and respected by all. One of my favorite memories of Dan occurred in 2006 when he took several of us from Santa Fe, to the San Juan River for a fly fishing expedition that will always be remembered - for the association, camaraderie and great fly fishing. He left this place much better when he left and he made a difference in many lives. God bless you Dan, you will always be in our prayers of thanksgiving for a life well lived.
