Warren, Mrs. Elva Lee Mulkey, 85, was the tenth child of thirteen children. She was born to the late Enoch Mulkey and Lilly Lightner Mulkey in Bullock County. 

  At an early age, Elva Lee Mulkey Warren joined hands in Holy matrimony to Arnold Warren in 1955. Arnold Warren preceded her in death. She had two children in her marriage and both of them preceded her in death, O.B. Warren and Irene Warren, both of Groveland, FL.

  Elva Lee Mulkey Warren was a resident at Southern Springs Healthcare & Rehabilitation Facility in Bullock County.

  On Sunday, August 3, 2014, she departed her life at Baptist Hospital in Montgomery, Alabama. And the Lord said, “Well done my faithful servant. Come on home to rest.”

  She was also preceded in death by five sisters, Lillie Bell Williams, Queen Easter McKenzie, Carrel Lee Russaw, Leola White and Annie Aiken; two brothers, E.L. Mulkey and Rev. Jessie Mulkey.

  Her sweet loving spirit will be cherished by her family and friends including two sisters, Mrs. Queen Victory Williams and Elodies Mulkey Grubbs, who loved her so much; one close brother, Rev. James (Sarah) Mulkey, Clayton, AL; a special niece, Elodies Grubbs “Mook” Haynes; a special playmate, Albert James Grubbs who she called “Willie James”, Clayton, AL; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
