This memorial website was created in memory of our dear father, Frederick Yee, 82, born on October 12, 1934 who passed away on May 7, 2017.

Frederick spent his recent years surrounded by his family in Lakeland, Florida. He was a father to Sharon, Glenn and Derek. He was also a grandfather to Diego and Rodrigo Salinas.

May he rest in peace, as he watches over us with his wife Elaine.

To the family of Mr. Yee, as neighbors in Trinidad passing by on Ibis Boulevard in Phillipine or seeing him at Church in La Romain, or even at the shop on Lady Hailes Avenue, we think of him always smiling, waving and happily saying hello. We know that he is side by side with Mrs. Yee like we always saw them. He has now crossed-over to his eternal home where he is smiling, waving and happily received. May His Soul and the Souls of the Faithful Departed through the Mercy of God, Rest In Peace, Amen.
To the children and relatives, be strong, keep the faith. Blessings as always.  Macaulays/Cezairs and Samuel Families.

The soul leaves the body on death and will take on anew body as our karma dictates as it never dies but lives on. May his soul rest in peace in the bosom of Jesus . Lord Krishna say in the BHagwat GIta all comes from him and to him we return on death we should not fear . MY prayers with those who he left behind to continue to live up to his
name.

Uncle Frederick used to toss me in the air every so often when I was a little girl. Even though I was afraid of heights I never felt scared because I knew he was strong and would never drop me.  He was a great tickler too.

He was a great cook and he loved other people's cooking too. I remember one of his habits when visiting either family or friends was to check out what they had in their pot.

He was full of fun and one could never describe him as boring. In thinking how best to describe my memory of him from the perspective of an adult, the song "My Way" comes to mind. I admired his "can-do" attitude.

Sharon, Glenn and Derek, I hope you will draw comfort from your own special memories of him and that they sustain you at this difficult time. Love to you three and to Will, Diego and Rodrigo.
