Mr. George James Turner, Captain (Ret.), U. S. Army, 75, of 1234 Dunbar Avenue, departed this life on Friday, January 23, 2015.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 30, 2015 at Nazareth Baptist Church, 526 Radcliff Avenue, where Reverend Brandon Isome is pastor. Reverend Donovan Coley will officiate.

The interment will follow in Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, AL.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 29, 2015 from 2 til 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
