Rita, I'm so sorry to hear the sad news about your mother. She was a wonderful Aunt. As a kid growing up in Easton she always gave a smile. My positive memory of Gloria is that no matter what hardships she had to face in her life she came into her own and lived the rest her life doing what she couldn't do back then. Gloria was a wonderful exciting woman. She loved life, and lived it to the fullest. She was forever young. Her laughter was contagious. She was always looking around the corner for a new adventure. I truly loved Gloria with all my heart and soul. The fact that she was my mother-in-law was a blessing. Always, Galen S. Rita, to all family, I am at a loss for words and that's rare for me. Spending precious moments with "mom" and your sister a few months ago watching tv and chatting was without borders. The rest of the home was empty, but she filled every available space. The hug, and peck on the cheek, lit my candle. I attempted to cover her with a blanket and I got that look...I'm okay. Cannot wait to see her again in Heaven.

Rita, I'm so sorry to read about your mom's passing. I know only from your praises how wonderful a mom she was. I know she lived a wonderful and full life still traveling and enjoying herself at age 92! Remarkable. She truly will be dancing with her Maker and all the angels. Condolences to your family as well. God Bless!
