This memorial website was created in the memory of our beloved Mother, Jackie Williams, 79, born on May 12, 1933 and passed away on March 15, 2013.
She left this world peacefully, and with grace and dignity. The same way she lived her life. She was surrounded by the love of her children and grandchildren. All were present, some at her side - and some held closely in her heart.
We will treasure our memories and remember her with joy. Please share your thoughts and memories along with any pictures or videos that will help us honor her life.
Cards to the family may be addressed to Penny Borg, 11005 NW 18th Ave., Vancouver, WA 98685.

"One year ago.....I can't say that the loss of losing my Nanny has gotten any easier, however, I try to find acceptance, which is hard. Not a day goes by that I don't think of you, Nan and I have faith that you and papa are enjoying the heavens and keeping an eye on me from time to time. I miss you both and I love you. ---Ali."
"Happy Birthday Nan!! And Happy Mother's Day! I love you and think of you always. Save me a spot up there with you and Papa.
Love, Your Ali"
"Steve, Penny and Al. I am so sorry to hear of Jackie's passing. I have many fond memories of her. She was always smiling and so kind. We had so much fun on a campout at Roosevelt Park for our confirmation class. She was a great dynamic lady."
"She was such a beautiful woman. I remember not long after Dewey had passed, that we visited her at Blacktail. Even though I was just a teenager, she taught me how to grieve and remember with love and grace. God's grace upon Jackie and Dewey, and his blessings upon her family."
"Our sweet Daniel, reminded me the other day that 'blessed are those who mourn'. Our family is beyond blessed to have had such a wonderful Nanny as you! Much comfort comes from the amazing memories you have left us with, and the fact that you are safe in the arms of our Lord, and forever with Papa, who must have missed you so much! You are forever in my heart, sweet Nanny!"
"Jackie was the best grass roots Republican operative I ever knew. She was fearless for those of us who ran for office and always gracious even when someone crossed her. They don't make em like Jackie anymore. I know it is a great loss to the family, but definitely to ND."
"My childhood summer memories are filled with the smell of pancakes at Blacktail, her breakfasts were the best! I have so many great memories of her, and will truly miss her. Watching her and Alison always made me wish i lived closer to my gramma, and I always thought of her as my own. I am so sorry to all of you for your loss, she will be missed by all that were lucky enough to know her"
"Steve, Penny and Al, our hearts are saddened by this news. We have many great memories of 'Ant' and have missed seeing her these past few years. We know that she is now in Heaven with those of her family who are there also. We will see you all in Williston in May to celebrate family. Love, Jackie, John, Greg, Debbie and families."
"Penny and Family please accept our sincere condolences on your loss, memories are forever. Jackie was a neat Lady for the family, community and professioanlly. Ray & Shirley"
"Steve, Penny, Al and all your families, I'm so sorry for your loss. Jackie was one of the classiest women I've ever known. She always looked beautiful. I learned a lot from her. I feel I'm a better person for knowing her. She loved all of you so very much, you all were her pride and joys. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers."
"I am so sad to hear this news today.. Jackie was such a wonderful and amazing person. Alot of my childhood memories involve Jackie. She is an angel. I always will cherish those memories of banana cream pie, pontoon rides, and her amazing zest for life. So sorry for your loss. She will be the most beautiful angel to watch over you all"
"Today, my heart is broken. When I read that this most wonderful and special lady passed, the tears came streaming down my face. I hope everyone knows how INCREDIBLE this lady was to me and how she believed in me even when most did not. I owe SO much of who I am today to this awesome woman. There are not words to express how deeply I already miss her. None. Bye Jackie. I love you."
"Heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of you in the loss of your mother/grandmother. I have a special recall of Jackie and Dewey from my visits to Black Tail Dam with my close friend and best man, Clay Carr. We had some wonderful times on the beach spittin seeds, watching the beautiful ND sunsets, enjoying a beer and talkin' BASEBALL!!! Jackie has gone to the other side...forever light!"
"My sincere sympathy in the loss of your mother. She was always a classy lady. I enjoyed spending time with her at Blacktail Dam with Marian & Neil. We spit many seeds together, campfires and pontoon rides. I am Clay Carr's widow, you probably don't know me. Your in my thoughts and prayers. Take care. Elaine"

"I have such fond memories of growing up with my cousins out at Blacktail Dam. We were so lucky to have such a wonderful Nanny and Papa who let us run around all day and stay up all night giggling. She was the stongest lady I ever knew and it will take a long time to wrap my head around all that is lost. I am positive she's up in heaven guiding us all. Love you Nanny!"
"I will forever remember and continue Sunday breakfast at the cabin at blacktail. She was always so wonderful with traditions and breakfast at the cabin was one I will never forget and will forever continue!"
"Steve, Penny, Al and families. I am so sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing your Mom with me. Words that come to mind to describe your Mom are dignified, classy, intelligent, witty, organized. I loved to visit with her and hear her laugh. She was so proud of, and loved each of you so much. She will always be with you. Cherish your memories."
