James Austin Chamberlain, 73 years old, of Wenonah, New Jersey passed away peacefully on Monday, April 3rd, 2017.
He is survived by his sister Beverly Sheeron (affectionately known as Bunny) her husband Larry Sheeron Sr. and, his eldest daughter Nancy Chamberlain and her husband Teddy Irizarry. His youngest daughter Pamala Chamberlain and her husband Albert Fulginiti. His grandchildren Desiree Irizarry, Destiny Fertig, Mark Lappas, and Nicolette Irizarry… and three great grand children. He is also survived by his niece and nephews, Larry Sheeron Jr., Christopher Sheeron, Stacey Meers and several great nieces and nephews.
James was a very creative soul, who spent a lot of his time painting and making beautiful works of art. When he was younger he was a medic in the Air Force and for many years he was also a sales man of all sorts, he loved baseball, and was very charming especially with the ladies…
James Chamberlain had a loving heart he adored his sister, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. He will forever be lovingly remembered.
Visitation Friday, April 7, 2017 from 6:30-8 pm at Fertig Funeral Home, 63 N. Main St., Mullica Hill, NJ 08062, where services will begin at 8 pm. Interment private.

Jim, or chalie as I would affectionately call him was a good guy! He had a way of making you laugh! He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Being married to his oldest daughter and having the opportunity to live with him made me appreciate him as a man who lived his life the way he wanted. That being said we all make decisions in life that set a course, Jim's course changed when he became sober and he was able to do in life what some people fail at. He was quite the artist and loved baseball 'the phillies" more than just about anything. Lol I will remember the good times and laughs we shared. RIP Jim
