James Jordan Jr.  June 26, 1972 - Oct. 26, 2008 James L. "JJ" Jordan Jr., 36, of Huntsville passed away Sunday. He was preceded in death by his father, James L. Jordan Sr. Mr. Jordan was born and raised in Huntsville and was a graduate for the class of 1990 at Lee High School. He was a loving husband and father and a wonderful brother and son. He was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and Crimson Tide fan. He is survived by his wife, Vesta Roxanne Jordan; two sons, Tyler James Jordan and Cameron Blake Jordan; mother, Darleen Jordan; father-in-law, Norman Pitts; three sisters; two nephews; one niece; several family members and friends; and brother, Robert Reid Jr. Arrangements are being handled by Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, where the family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. today. Funeral services will be at the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Interment will be at Concord Cemetery in New Market.
