His Life

Born in Mahwah, NJ on March 9th, 1932, he retired in 1991 from Ciba-Geigy Corporation of Suffron, NY and moved to Florida. Prior to working for Ciba-Geigy Corporation, he served in the United States Army with the 25th Infantry Division, 27th Wolfhound Regiment, C Company, Weapons Platoon Sergeant. He also served with the 9th Infantry Division, 24th Infantry Division and the 11th Airborne Division. In recognition for his service, he received the Combat Infantry Badge, Bronze Star Metal, Korean Campaign Metal, United States Presidents Unit Citation, Korean Presidential Unit Citation, German and Japanese Occupation Metal. He belongs to Veterans of Foreign Wars, The American Legion Post #110, The Moose Lodge and the Elk’s Lodge #2163. He is survived by his beloved wife, Helga; his son, Joseph R. Kuzmik of Hammonton, NJ; his daughter, Dawn (son-in-law Steven) Yeskulsky of San Clemente, CA; his sister-in-law, Sylvia Kuzmik of Belleville, IL; his daughter-in-law, Carol Kuzmik of Teaneck, NJ; grandchildren, Joseph Corey Kuzmik of Teaneck, NJ, Kelin Joseph Kuzmik of Houston, TX, Sophia, Charlotte & Bishop Yeskulsky, as well as numerous nephews and nieces.
