I had the honor of working for Karen at NTSP from 2009 to 2012. It was my first real job after college and my time there was one I will always cherish.

I felt like I was a part of a family, because that is how Karen treated her employees. She was at every birthday, wedding and baby shower held in that second floor conference room making it very special.

My favorite story of Karen was during one of the company wide Christmas Parties. A result of the gift exchange was a life size Justin Bieber cut-out. I was positive no one over 30 would know who the Bieber was....

She was so full of life and it was contagious. She challenged you to be the best and I will always be grateful to have known and learned from her.
